Dwayne was the pastor who founded of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he began in the year 2007. He serves as a pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is, besides being a pastor, is passionate about training up the next generation. He serves an active member of the board of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of numerous online publications as well as a contributing author in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Changing lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three children.
