Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born June 13 1962) is an American actress. Her film debut was during the 1983 film Bad Boys she became known as a member of the Brat Pack group of actors. She was also as a character in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) as well as Short Circuit (1986). In recognition of her role of Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy won the Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Leading Actress. Ally Sheedy, an American author and actress. At the beginning of the 80s, she began her career on film by appearing in the crime thriller Bad Boys. She was very well-received in this film. The film was written and directed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other famous actors, including Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. The film's first big success was the catalyst for her to appear in The Breakfast Club, a comedy-drama in 1985. John Hughes' film, written by him, is considered to be one of the greatest films from high school in history. Though the budget was only $1 million, its profits surpassed $50 million. In the meantime, she began to appear on TV in various shows such as CBS Schoolbreak. It was her first appearance on television. In April of 1980, it became an adolescent show. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are among the other shows on which she has appeared. One of her most recent performances is Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story featuring a female superhero in which Sheedy is a guest. Sheedy, for her incredible performances won many awards. Sheedy was awarded the MTV Movie Awards' silver Bucket of Excellence Award 2005.
